Shipping and Returns

At this time we are only offering product purchases online, we do send mail out daily so you can generally expect local shipments to arrive within a day or two (excluding weekends and holidays)

We currently ship anywhere in Canada complimentary for orders over $150

After your order is placed you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check your shipping status and know exactly when your package will arrive.

At this time we are only shipping within Canada but we hope to expand to the US and beyond soon.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on products that have been opened or used, however, if there is a problem with your order or if you have experienced a rare allergic reaction please reach out to us at orders@claritewellness.com and we will be happy to assist you.

While we certainly always want to provide the highest quality care to our clients, we do aim for a healthy work/life balance and tend to "keep it French", taking evenings and weekends off. We are available via email from approximately 10am-6pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise posted.
